If You Cancel:
If your place is successfully re-filled (from the waiting list or your own referral), you’ll receive a full refund minus a £50 admin fee.
Notice Given Before Start Date:
If you cancel more than 12 weeks before the retreat, you’ll receive a full refund minus the deposit
Cancellations after that time are refunded only if the place is refilled and in that case also minus the deposit
